WORKFLOW ENGINE WITH HUMAN PERFORMANCE LINKED TO STRATEGY EXECUTION

The Work Flow engine is specifically based on Human process work flow planning and management. It overcomes the current work flow engines limitations that work on static time and delegation factors assuming time and action would have a standard factor and are very successful when processes are executed by machines but are not able to handle human processes.

We have overcome this with our work scheduling and allocation based on an AI model creating algorithms, using available resource Ability, Attitude and Aptitude. These tasks, thus are calculated in real time on physical availability of the worker using the time sheets and roasters. The scheduler automatically schedules the time based on variable time combinations like controllable action- where the performer can decide when to do or uncontrollable action where the action is dependent on other action. If the other action is getting delayed, it shall reschedule the sequence of work flow using time variant and in variant factors. The system also checks the Human Utility Index of the worker based on his historical data and auto assigns to the most productive team member, calculating the cost of man hours that would be used. This whole algorithm is a very complex calculation and we have used extensive 12 years of research to create these algorithms.

The work is immediately calculated on object KPI parameters and posted into the HUM database for analysis and machine learning which auto updates the AI algorithms.

The work flow engine has an IOT(Internet of Things) interface where AI can trigger IOT devices for example in a hotel room AI can record the temperature required to set up the room before guest arrives based on weather condition and pre switch the room's AC, taking the data from arrival records if guest arrival time is defined, thus, reducing the cost for organization.

The whole engine is built on getting employee actions converted into measurable Effective and Efficiency scores.
